The apartment is located in Fliess, an idyllic village in the middle of the Alps, on the Via Claudia Augusta and in the border triangle Austria-Switzerland-Italy. The widely ramified village is picturesquely situated in the heart of the nature park Kaunergrat. The nature park and the nearby local mountain Venet offer excellent freetime activities - in summer as well as in winter.

The village is located on the 2000 year old Roman road Via Claudia Augusta. Finds of the old street are exhibited in the Documentation Center and the Archaeological Museum in Fliess.

The flora and fauna, the numerous cultural features and the experiencable archeology offer a lot of variety. In winter, the family ski resort of Venet can be easily reached with the Venet-Süd chair lift. But even larger ski resorts such as Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Ischgl or Nauders are easily accessible by car. In summer, the nature park Kaunergrat invites you to relax and enjoy. Whether hiking through the beautiful nature, cycling or winter sports, Fliess is always worth a visit.
